By the time you read this ill be dead is a book that truely pulls at the heart strings of its readers its a 200 page book that I find sutable for all ages.
Daelyn is the main character who has endured many struggles and challenges in her life her parents dont trust her and she doesnt trust them either.After being known asx tghe mute freak at school she desprately wants to put a end to her pain.
At the beggnining of the book Daelyn finds a website called Through the light which is a site that is commited to helping all types of people put an end to their pain,This immediantly intrests Daelyn and she soon makes an account this website has forums on people and their reasons for wanting to end their life and also ways for them to end their life almost every day Daelyn sees people whose completion day has come she wishes this was her.She reads the forums until her parents notice unusual activity on her computer they Quickly put parental comtrols on everything.After Daelyns last failed attempt to end her life has left her in an neck brace and her consumption of blended foods her parents check on her every hour day and night execpt when shes in school.
One of the many shocking details in this story was to find out that Daelyns parents sent her to a camp for obease people I beleive that this further sccared Daelyn for life.She met a boy named Santana who has shown intrest for Daelyn from day one but after many people claiming to be her friend and betraying her she finds it hard to trust anyone who she come in contact with.
Not only do I plan on being a long time reader of Julie Anne Peters book but I am also a newfound fan. In the words of Daelyn"with determination and purpose, I head into the light".
